Timothy Hennis maintained his innocence, but evidence pointed to him as the culprit. However, sometimes evidence can be interpreted in a number of ways. In this case, there was a strong argument that the evidence pointed toward Hennis's innocence, but an equally strong argument that it pointed to his guilt.
