Episode 6: The Case of Charles Fain

Charles Fain was convicted of the kidnapping, sexual assault and murder of a nine-year-old girl who lived in his neighborhood.  He always maintained his innocence, claiming he was 360 miles away, in Redmond Oregon at the time of the crime.  Yet forensic evidence pointed to him as the prime suspect, and he was convicted and sentenced to death for this heinous crime.  Join in on this story that shows that science is a developing art, expertise can be a grey area, and sometimes the people who have the biggest impact on your life are the ones who have the most to lose.    Credits: Artwork created by Rosie, Co-Creator of the Podcast They Walk Among Us.
